President and CEO – Sotheby’s International Realty

Philip A. White, Jr., a global real estate veteran, is president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty where he oversees the company’s affiliate network and company-owned brokerages. Under White’s leadership, the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand announced that its affiliated brokers and sales professionals achieved a record $114 billion in global sales volume in 2019, the highest annual sales volume performance in the history of the brand.

Since his appointment to president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC in February 2013, White has cultivated the growth of the global brand to more than 70 countries and territories with approximately 1,000 offices and more than 23,000 sales associates.

In early 2019, White added president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. to his title, taking on the responsibility of managing the brand’s company-owned brokerage business in addition to his role as president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, where he oversees the global brand’s operations, business growth, servicing platform, membership sales process and relationship with the Sotheby’s auction house.

Prior to his appointment to chief operating officer, White spent 12 years with NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, leading one of the company’s most productive offices.

After forming his own independent real estate brokerage in Atlanta in the late 1980s, Philip White Properties, Inc., an affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, he sold the firm to the predecessor of NRT in 1992.

From 1980 to 1988, White held several positions within the Sotheby’s International Realty network. As senior vice president and regional manager for the southeast United States, he was responsible for developing a network of affiliated brokers, as well as listing and marketing properties in cooperation with the brokers. He also held management positions at brokerages in both New York City and Palm Beach, Florida.

White received his bachelor’s degree in commerce and finance from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Susan Yannaccone

President and CEO Realogy Franchise Group

Sue Yannaccone became president and chief executive officer of Realogy Franchise Group in November 2020. She is responsible for managing leading real estate franchise brands, including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Corcoran®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®, as well as the management of both Corcoran and Sotheby’s International Realty company-owned businesses. Combined, Yannaccone oversees over 16,000 worldwide offices and over 220,000 brokers and independent sales associates doing business in 115 countries and territories worldwide.

Yannaccone is recognized for her nearly two decades of deep expertise in franchise management and real estate brokerage operations. Since March 2018, she served as Regional Executive Vice President of the Eastern Seaboard and Midwest regions of Coldwell Banker Realty. Prior to that, Yannaccone joined ERA as its Chief Operating Officer in July 2015 before moving to its President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2016.

A. Bradley Nelson serves as chief marketing officer at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he supports the brand’s affiliated agents and companies by developing and delivering industry-leading marketing, product and technology offerings. Nelson is also responsible for managing the relationship between Sotheby’s International Realty and Sotheby’s auction house, which provides sellers privileged access to the qualified clients of Sotheby’s through a global marketing partnership.

Previously, Nelson was senior vice president of marketing for the firm’s company-owned brokerage for five years where he led an internal marketing agency comprised of 50 specialists supporting more than 2,000 agents in 12 U.S. markets.

Prior to that, Nelson was head of marketing for Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliates in Washington, DC, Miami, FL and Naples, FL. He began his career with marketing roles in the real estate development industry at Baldwin Park Development Co. and East West Partners.

John Passerini

Global VP Interactive Marketing – Sotheby’s International Realty

John Passerini is the global vice president of interactive marketing for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate digital marketing and technology to the brand. In his role, Passerini is responsible for strategizing, creating and managing all digital marketing solutions, including the brand’s web and mobile platforms, customer relationship management, search engine marketing efforts, global media advertising partnerships, and more.

One of my first jobs was delivering singing telegrams for a company in Scarsdale, NY. Creativity is in my blood, as I was born into a show business family.

My father is a successful animation director & cartoonist who was one of the creators of “Schoolhouse Rock!”. My mother was a high fashion photographer back in the 1950’s for the #1 modeling agency in NYC, Harry Conover Modeling.

I went to Boston University majoring in Film, paying my way through as a singing waiter on the “Spirit of Boston”, a dinner yacht in Boston Harbor. After graduation I became a broadcast producer at Grey Advertising on Madison Avenue in New York City & started my own record company, “Zuma Records”.

After many years in advertising, I craved to do something more meaningful and moved to Connecticut to start selling real estate. In 2009 I was recruited by Sotheby’s International Realty as a brokerage manager in Southport CT and then, Scarsdale NY which I enjoyed for ten years.
